Do you ship internationally?

Yes! Crilù.com ships worldwide completely FREE, wherever you are.

How long does shipping take?

Your order will be processed within 24/48 hours immediately after payment. Usually you will receive your order in 8/16 days. Sometimes shipping may be slightly delayed due to holidays or special events. You can track your shipment from the menu "Track your Order".

How do I place an order?

Choose the items you want and click the "Add to Cart" button to reserve your product. Then click the "Checkout" icon in the top right corner to view your cart and again click "Checkout" to proceed and get to a page where you can apply discount codes if you have any. Immediately after, you will be asked to provide your details to confirm.

Where is my order?

You can constantly check the progress of the shipment from the menu "Track your Order". If more than 3 weeks have passed and you still haven't received your order, which is unusual and has never happened before, please email us at info@crilubaby.com or contact us through the contact section using the form, we will reply as soon as possible with all the details.
