Shipping policy

The orders placed through the Online Shop of Crilù.com will be processed and prepared within 24/48 hours after the Order Confirmation, from Monday to Friday.

The shipment is always free and will take place approximately in 8/16 working days. In every product page are indicated the shipping times.

Orders may be delayed in shipping and delivery during the sales period and in case of holidays: January 1, January 6, Easter and Angel Monday, April 25, May 1, June 2, August 15, November 1, December 8, December 25, December 26.

All orders are processed automatically and we are not able to change shipping and delivery times. Constantly monitor your shipment from the menu "Track your Order".
